Thru Locking Pins

Thru Locking Pins can be used to quickly be inserted into a hole in a shaft to retain part of the assembly. The advantage these pins have over the linch pins is that they can be inserted anywhere up and down the shaft the application dictates with a positive engagement of the keep whereas the linch has to be installed on the end.

To make these locking pins even more versatile they come in a range of keeps. The pin body is cold headed steel with a steel keep all zinc plated, sizes vary from 6.3 x 50mm up to 11 x 100mm.

The keep variations are half round and half round with a tab lift also a square keep and a square keep with a tab lift. The tab lift are designed to make assembly and dissassembly easier.
